Key Responsibilities:
-Perform final touch-ups and refinishing on products or surfaces to enhance their appearance

-Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
-Maintain a clean and organized work area
-Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot any issues or defects in the finishing process
-Adhere to all safety regulations and proper handling of equipment and materials

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
-Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
-Familiarity with different types of finishes such as paint, stain, varnish, etc.
-Knowledge of materials and techniques used in finishing process
-Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
-Good communication skills
