We are looking for a skilled Concrete Construction Worker to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Concrete Construction Worker, you will be responsible for building and repairing concrete structures such as walls, floors, and foundations. Your main duties will include mixing and pouring concrete, setting forms and framework, and finishing surfaces with different tools.

To excel in this role, you should have experience in concrete work and be able to read blueprints and follow construction plans. Knowledge of different types of concrete materials and their properties is also essential. You must be physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark layout lines on the construction site
- Prepare worksites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, or other temporary structures
- Mix concrete according to specifications using hand or power tools
- Pour concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade
- Smooth out rough spots on the surface using trowels or screeds
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or staining to create decorative surfaces
- Repair existing concrete structures by patching holes or cracks
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Knowledge of different types of concrete materials and their properties
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
- Good hand-eye coordination with the ability to use various tools
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required
