Our construction company is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Aarhus. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to safety guidelines and company policies
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Safely transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required
- Proficient in reading and understanding project plans and blueprints
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
