Architectural Technologist



We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Aarhus! As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the design and construction of various building projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that designs are functional, safe, and meet all necessary regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design purposes
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop building plans and specifications
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations
- Review contractor's drawings for accuracy and compliance with design plans
- Oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this contract position. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Aarhus, one of Denmark's largest cities known for its rich history, vibrant culture, and beautiful architecture. While this job is open to all qualified candidates, preference will be given to local candidates.
