Architectural Technologist

Our architecture firm in Aarhus is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. We are a fast-paced and innovative company, specializing in sustainable design and construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques, as well as experience with AutoCAD and other architectural software.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed building plans and specifications
- Utilize BIM software to create 3D models and renderings
- Prepare technical drawings for construction projects, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Review project designs for compliance with building regulations and sustainability standards
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control during the construction phase
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve any issues or changes in the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Aarhus (or willingness to learn)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software such as Revit or ArchiCAD
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
