Job Title: Contract Preservation Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Contract Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for assessing, preserving, and restoring historic buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients and contractors to ensure that preservation projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures
- Developing preservation plans and strategies
- Overseeing restoration projects, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Conducting research on historical architecture styles and techniques
- Providing expert advice to clients on preservation methods and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in historic preservation projects
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture styles and techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
