Preservation Architect - Aarhus, Denmark
As a Preservation Architect in our firm, you will play a crucial role in preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures in Aarhus, Denmark. Your main responsibility will be to conduct detailed assessments of buildings and develop plans for their preservation, ensuring that they are structurally sound and meet all safety standards. You will also work closely with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals for restoration projects.
To excel in this role, you must have a degree in Architecture or a related field and at least 2 years of experience working on preservation projects. You should have a thorough understanding of building materials, techniques, and codes related to historic preservation. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also essential qualities for this role.
This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance. We offer competitive salary packages starting at $1300 per month along with visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates.
