The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong passion for architecture and design, as well as excellent technical skills and attention to detail. As an architectural designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative designs for both residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create unique solutions that meet their requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with other team members to produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentations. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create conceptual designs that meet the requirements of clients
- Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Collaborate with team members to ensure design integrity
- Use specialized software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp to create 2D and 3D models
- Present designs to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
