Commercial Architect
A leading architecture firm located in Aarhus is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office spaces, retail centers, and hotels. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with a passion for architecture and a strong understanding of commercial design.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze clients' needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to gather information and monitor progress of construction projects
- Prepare project proposals, contracts, and other documentation
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and structural principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working on LEED certified projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1500 per month. In addition to salary, we also provide accommodation for our employees.
