Senior Commercial Architect

Our growing architecture firm in Aarhus is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our team. This individual will work on a variety of projects, including commercial buildings, office spaces, and retail stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure the successful execution of designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, contractors, and colleagues
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience mentoring junior architects is a plus

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Aarhus (relocation not provided)
