Senior Architecture Manager

As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects in the city of Aarhus. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all relevant regulations and standards. Your role will involve providing strategic direction and leadership to a team of architects, as well as overseeing the design process from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously and ensure they are completed within the agreed timelines and budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals that meet their requirements
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to coordinate project execution
- Review design plans for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Provide guidance and direction to a team of architects throughout the design process
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality control
- Communicate project updates effectively to clients, stakeholders, and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit

Salary: 1600$ per month
