Senior Architect - Aarhus, Denmark



We are in search of a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Aarhus. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects. We are looking for someone with a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating innovative designs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Experience managing and leading a team of architects and designers
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one is preferred

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all phases of the design process from concept development to project completion
- Develop architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, or other software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and incorporate them into the design
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Mentor junior architects on the team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
