Senior Architect - Aarhus, Denmark


As a Senior Architect in our firm, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects in Aarhus. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. Your strong technical skills and experience with various design software will be utilized to create detailed drawings and plans. You will also oversee a team of architects and collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and contractors to ensure project success.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Valid work permit for Denmark

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction documents
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
- Create detailed architectural drawings using various software
- Develop project timelines and manage resources effectively
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their projects
