We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As an ESL teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to students of various ages and levels. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification
- At least 2 years of teaching experience
- Native English speaker or near-native proficiency

- Knowledge of current language teaching methodologies

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English language lessons to students of all levels
- Use a variety of engaging teaching techniques to ensure student participation and understanding
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop lesson plans, materials, and assessments
- Participate in school events such as parent-teacher meetings, workshops, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports
