Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff training and scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues in a timely manner
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred
