Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, share updates, and provide feedback.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and maintaining profitability.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Danish is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid work permit for Denmark (student visas are accepted).
- Willingness to live on-site in provided accommodation.
