We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our upscale restaurant in the vibrant city of Aarhus, Denmark. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring quality service and food
- Train and develop new and existing employees to maintain high standards of customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times
- Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with the head chef to create menus that are both appealing to customers and cost-effective for the business
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with budgeting procedures and ability to manage costs effectively

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
and restaurant management software
(eg. POS systems)
is an asset.

Salary: 1400$ per month (with free visa and ticket)
Location: Aarhus, Denmark (willingness to relocate preferred)
Nationality: Open (work permit required)
