Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Aarhus, Denmark
We are hiring a Seasonal Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in the beautiful city of Aarhus, Denmark. As a Seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1200$ per month, without accommodation provided. Please note that a valid biometric passport is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's operations during the busy seasonal period
- Hire, train and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership abilities and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are an asset)
- Must have a valid biometric passport
