We are in search of a skilled and passionate Part-time Barista to join our team in the bustling city of Aarhus, Denmark. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and other beverages for our customers. This position requires someone with prior experience in the coffee industry and a strong knowledge of different brewing methods.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure all drinks are prepared with consistent quality and presentation
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers based on their tastes
- Uphold company standards for hygiene, food safety, and customer service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the coffee industry is preferred
- Must have knowledge of various brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Strong communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays

Salary:
This is a part-time position with an hourly wage of $1100. We also offer opportunities for growth within the company for dedicated employees.

Our cafe is located in the vibrant city center of Aarhus, known for its cozy cafes, beautiful parks, and rich culture. With easy access to public transportation, it is an ideal location for those living in or near the city.

We welcome applicants of all nationalities but do not provide visa sponsorship at this time. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Denmark.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Applicants must have their own housing arrangements in Aarhus or be willing to relocate.
