Electrician Supervisor



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician Supervisor to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as an electrician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. The salary for this position is 1400$, with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

As an Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of electricians, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. You will also be responsible for coordinating with clients, providing cost estimates and project timelines, and maintaining inventory and equipment.

The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively. A solid understanding of electrical systems and codes is also required. In addition, the candidate must have a valid electrician's license and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of electricians on various projects
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards
- Communicate with clients to provide cost estimates and project timelines
- Maintain inventory and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical issues as needed
- Train new employees on safety protocols and company policies
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as an electrician
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
