Sales Representative

We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Aarhus. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our biometric passports to potential clients. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell biometric passports using solid product knowledge
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to generate leads
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report on sales activities regularly

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience in the biometric technology industry is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus commission based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Aarhus but may require occasional travel within Denmark for client meetings or industry events.
