Warehouse Operations Specialist


We are hiring a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Aarhus. As a specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and timely processing of goods and materials. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage inventory control and maintain accurate records of stock
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Plan and optimize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods
- Train and supervise warehouse staff in proper handling, storage, and shipment procedures
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of goods handling
- Implement safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or warehousing preferred
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols
- Ability to use warehouse management software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit to handle manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects
