Office Assistant (Contract)
An established financial firm in Aarhus is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and providing support to the rest of the team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain professional experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and assist with any inquiries
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies and ensure all equipment is in working order
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Create and update spreadsheets, documents, and presentations as needed
- Support other team members with various tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. The ideal candidate will be able to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours.
