Job Title: Office Assistant


We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Aarhus. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, managing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, along with accommodation provided by the company. Our company is open to all nationalities and we can assist with obtaining visas for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for office staff
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing shipments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary items when needed
- Keep track of office expenses and assist with budget management
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, etc.
- Ensure that the office is kept clean and organized at all times
- Other duties as assigned by office manager or supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
