Office Assistant in Aarhus, Denmark
An established company in Aarhus is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support to our office.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and printing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience working in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
