Pastry Chef for Upscale Restaurant in Aarhus


We are in search of an experienced Pastry Chef to join our upscale restaurant in Aarhus. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious desserts and pastries that will leave our guests satisfied and coming back for more. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Create new and innovative dessert and pastry recipes that align with the restaurant's concept
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of desserts and pastries according to recipes and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry station
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior pastry staff members
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create seasonal menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various baking techniques and equipment
- Creativity and ability to develop unique dessert recipes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
