We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Aarhus. As the Part-Time Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company objectives. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their individual targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to help them meet their targets
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals
- Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and make recommendations for streamlining processes
- Build relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Knowledge of market research, data analysis, and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
