Job Title: Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team in Aarhus. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets. Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. You should have a proven track record of successful sales management and be familiar with data analysis and performance metrics. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry or related field
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred
Salary:
Salary for this position is 1200$, plus commission based on individual performance.

This position is based in Aarhus.
