Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
