Waiter/Waitress


We are currently hiring for the position of Waiter/Waitress at our restaurant in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation
- Answer any questions or inquiries from customers about the menu or restaurant
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before seating new guests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including specials and promotions
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
