Land Surveyor
As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important land features. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography to gather data and create accurate maps and reports. This role will require extensive knowledge of surveying techniques and principles, as well as the ability to interpret legal documents related to land ownership. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various equipment and methods
- Record accurate measurements and data
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports
- Review legal documents to determine property boundaries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Communicate with clients to discuss project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Maintain organized records of all surveys conducted
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret legal documents related to land ownership
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Location: Aarhus, Denmark (Preference for female candidates)
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
