Entry-Level Baker

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Baker. You will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads and pastries, following recipes and ensuring quality and consistency in our products. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust settings as needed
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creative designs
- Ensure all products are presented in an appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and creating delicious treats
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Good time management skills to ensure products are ready on time for customers
- Willingness to learn new techniques and recipes from our experienced bakers
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy trays, etc.
- No previous experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate
