We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Aarhus. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. Your duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing appliances and furniture, and completing general repairs as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. Visa sponsorship is available for candidates who require it.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, patching walls, and changing light bulbs
- Address plumbing and electrical issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty outlets
- Repair or replace appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, and washing machines
- Fix or assemble furniture as needed
- Complete general repairs including fixing doors, windows, and cabinets
- Communicate with property owners or managers to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and materials used
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times while on the job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role
- Solid knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and find solutions independently
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients or colleagues when necessary
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions if needed
- Attention to detail for completing tasks accurately and efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with an expected salary of 1700$ per month. Working hours may vary depending on the needs of the property owners or managers. Some evening or weekend work may be required in case of emergencies. The Handyman will be expected to provide their own tools and equipment, but any necessary materials will be provided by the company. Visa sponsorship is available for candidates who require it.
