Part-Time Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Aarhus. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing support to our team. This is a part-time position, with flexible working hours and the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Providing general administrative support to team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work part-time with flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting tasks
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
