Administrative Coordinator - Aarhus, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and meetings for team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management
- Maintain filing systems and databases
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers as needed
- Support HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and order as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience with budget tracking is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Visa sponsorship is also available for non-EU applicants. Freshers are welcome to apply.
