Body Repair Master

Our auto repair shop in Aarhus is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. We specialize in repairing and restoring damaged vehicles, and we are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in body repair work. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the industry and possess extensive knowledge of various body repair techniques and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing damage to vehicles and determining the appropriate repair methods
- Repairing or replacing damaged body parts, including frames, panels, and windows
- Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and priming
- Mixing paint to match vehicle color and applying it with precision
- Ensuring quality control by inspecting finished work for accuracy and completeness
- Communicating with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and any additional work needed
- Keeping accurate records of all repairs made on each vehicle

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Body Repair Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various body repair techniques (e.g. welding, panel beating)
- Ability to use a wide range of tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
