Office Manager - Aarhus, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including budgeting, purchasing, and facilities management.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Maintain and update employee records and company databases.
- Manage payroll processing and employee benefits.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external communications.
- Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Plan and coordinate company events and meetings.
- Handle any issues or concerns raised by employees in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with payroll processing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Danish labor laws is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary:
