Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure business for the hotel
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
- Manage relationships with corporate accounts and travel agencies
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Aarhus's hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
