Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager in Aarhus
As a Hotel Sales Manager in Aarhus, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel. You will develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients, while also building relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners. Your main goal is to increase occupancy rates and revenue through effective sales techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed financial goals
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Network with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to generate business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities
- Analyze data on occupancy rates, revenue, and client feedback to make informed decisions
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and reservations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Attend industry events and participate in trade shows to promote the hotel's services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors' activities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
