Hotel Sales Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. Your main goal will be to attract new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans that align with the hotel's overall goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers
- Handle all sales inquiries and negotiate contracts to secure profitable business for the hotel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract new customers
- Monitor competitors' rates, promotions, and services to ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecast revenue projections for management review
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the hotel's services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
