We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and systems. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, suitable for men.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data, networks, and information systems.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Train employees on new technology systems and provide ongoing support.
- Stay updated on new technology trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient use of technology resources.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security, and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
