IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Aalborg on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their computer systems and networks are running smoothly. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment, and maintaining network security.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install and configure new computer systems, printers, and other equipment
- Monitor network security and implement necessary updates to ensure data protection
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Train clients on how to use new or updated systems or software

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport required

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Aalborg. Our office does not provide accommodation.
