IT Support Specialist


We are in search of a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Aalborg. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our company's computer users. Your main objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems and resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, configure and maintain computer equipment
- Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Respond to user inquiries, diagnose problems and advise on appropriate solutions
- Maintain records of issues and resolutions for future reference
- Educate users on basic computer functions and best practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g. Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1100$ per month for this contract position.

This position is based in Aalborg. Please note that accommodation is not provided.
