QA Engineer

We are hiring a talented and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by developing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and working closely with developers to resolve issues. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of our software products
- Identify and report bugs in a timely manner
- Work closely with developers to resolve issues and improve product functionality
- Conduct manual and automated testing on web applications, mobile apps, and other software products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on potential areas of improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in software testing and incorporate them into our processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter or similar
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python or C++
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- ISTQB or other relevant certification
- Prior experience with biometric passport technology is a plus
