Part-time Information Security Analyst


We are hiring a part-time Information Security Analyst to join our team in Aalborg. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting security assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and implementing security measures to protect our systems and data.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks
- Analyze security logs and systems to detect any suspicious activity
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Monitor network traffic for any unauthorized access or malicious activity
- Perform regular penetration testing to assess the effectiveness of our security measures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate them
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience working as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of information security principles, best practices, and tools
- Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and other security technologies
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Salary:
Starting salary for this part-time position is $1200 per month.
