We are looking for a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Aalborg, Denmark. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient project completion
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Assist in recruitment and training of new team members
- Promote a positive work culture that values diversity and inclusivity

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience).
