Part-Time Team Lead in Aalborg



As a part-time Team Lead in Aalborg, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring that they meet their goals and objectives. Your main role will be to motivate and guide your team towards success, while promoting a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and collaboration
- Set clear goals and expectations for your team members, monitoring their progress and providing regular feedback
- Plan and organize work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks
- Identify training needs for team members and coordinate with HR to provide them with necessary training opportunities
- Address any performance issues or conflicts within the team in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Aalborg.

Visa & Ticket:
A valid work visa will be provided for non-EU citizens. Candidates must have their own transportation to commute to work.
