Team Lead - Aalborg, Denmark



As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees and guiding them towards the successful completion of projects and tasks. You will be based in Aalborg, Denmark and will lead a diverse team, including employees with no prior experience. Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of employees and delegate tasks according to their skills and abilities
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Provide training opportunities to help develop employee skills
- Communicate effectively with other teams and departments within the company
- Resolve conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to improve team processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience working with diverse teams is an asset
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Trello or Asana is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
