Database Administrator (Contract, Aalborg)


We are hiring a skilled Database Administrator to manage and maintain our company's databases. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, integrity and performance of our databases. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise and implementing solutions to optimize database functionality.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)
- Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot database performance issues
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and ensure data is secure and backed up regularly
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Optimize database functionality by implementing new features or upgrades
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper integration of databases into applications
- Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this contract position in Aalborg.
