We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Typesetter to join our publishing team in Aalborg. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text, images, and other elements into visually appealing layouts for various printed materials such as books, magazines, and brochures.

Responsibilities:
- Format and arrange text, images, and other design elements to create visually appealing layouts for various printed materials
- Use typesetting software to adjust font size, style, spacing, and alignment according to client or publisher requirements
- Collaborate with writers, editors, and graphic designers to ensure the final product meets quality standards
- Proofread layouts for errors in spelling, grammar and format consistency
- Make necessary adjustments based on feedback from clients or publishers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new typesetting software/tools

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role
- Proficient in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Basic knowledge of typography principles and design elements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
